The Southmoor House was designed by Jacob M. Felsen in 1938 and renovated by Parkview Developers in 2004.  This attractive, 17story structure has 95 apartments. Also known as 230 Central Park South, and simply designed with minimalistic Art Deco detailing, it is a condop with a one-story limestone base and a two-story limestone entrance surround, an entrance marquee and sidewalk landscaping.  The structure itself is made from light-gray brick, with the top level having a setback, creating outdoor space.
